HOUSE BILL NO. 183 by Representative LEDOUX, entitled:                                                                          
                                                                                                                                
    "An Act relating to agreements to cancel a debt for the sale or                                                             
    lease of a motor vehicle, including a motorcycle, recreational                                                              
    vehicle, all-terrain vehicle, snowmobile, camper van, boat, and                                                             
    watercraft, and of certain trailers; exempting certain transactions                                                         
    and persons from insurance requirements; and adding an unlawful                                                             
    act to the Alaska Unfair Trade Practices and Consumer Protection
